Join us every Tuesday at 7:15pm for our Foundations Plus class: a high-value, fun & energetic 1 hour session that covers the Latin Dance spectrum. From the traditional roots to the modern flavours, learn social-style Salsa (Cuban, Puerto Rican, Colombian), Bachata (Traditional & Modern), Rueda de Casino and the most popular Latin Dance styles.
We give you the full 'Latin Dance social toolkit' all under one roof to dance with anyone, anywhere. No egos. No fluff. Just authentic social connection. The session practice time where you can try out those new moves in a safe, relaxed space.
To ensure deep learning and genuine progress, our Foundations Plus sessions follow a Monthly Mastery Theme, where we dive deep into specific styles and technical skills every 4 weeks, allowing you to move from learning to muscle memory.
