By completing your payment, you agree to the following:
6:15pm Introductory Course
Confirmation: Your place in our 4-week intake is only confirmed once full payment is received.
Refund Policy: In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we do not offer refunds for ‘change of mind’. If you are unable to attend, we are happy to offer a full credit toward our next intake or allow you to transfer your spot to a friend/family member, if you contact us minimum 48 hours before course start date.
Commencement: Once the course has commenced, no credits or transfers are available for missed classes.
7:15pm Foundations Plus (Casual Visit)
Casual Visits: Casual spots are subject to availability. Pre-booking is recommended. If you ‘drop in’ and the class is at capacity, priority is given to pre-paid pass holders. Casual Pass is valid for 30 days from date of purchase.
7:15pm Foundations Plus (10 & 20 Visit Passes): Usage & Expiry
Individual Use: All passes are assigned to a single dancer and are non-transferable between people (we do not offer shared passes between people).
Expiry: All Visit Passes activate on your first visit, or 14 days after purchase - whichever comes first: 10-Visit Pass (4 months), 20-Visit Pass: (7 months)
Tracking: Passes are tracked digitally via our check-in system. It is the dancer's responsibility to check in at the start of each 7:30pm session.
Casuals/Passes: No refunds are provided for unused portions of 10 or 20-passes.
Liability & Health:
You acknowledge that Latin dance is a physical activity. You participate at your own risk.
Please ensure you are fit to participate and notify the instructor of any injuries or health concerns before class begins.
We reserve the right to ask a student to sit out if we believe their participation poses a safety risk to themselves or others.
Bayside Latin Dance is a respectful, social environment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating disrespectful or unsafe behaviour.
